Frequently asked questions
What counts as a "grade group"?
A grade group is a class level — e.g. "Class 9" or "Grade 10". Each grade can have multiple sections (A, B, C…). The free plan supports up to 2 grade groups with unlimited sections.
Can I upgrade mid-year?
Yes. Upgrade any time and immediately unlock all Pro features. Your subscription runs for 12 months from the payment date.
What happens if I exceed the free tier limits?
Your data is preserved. You'll be prompted to upgrade to Pro to add more grades or teachers — existing timetables remain accessible.
Do teachers need separate subscriptions?
No. One Pro subscription covers your entire school — all teachers, all classes.
How is payment handled?
We use Razorpay, which supports UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. Payments are in Indian Rupees.
Is there a refund policy?
Contact us within 7 days of purchase if ClassTime isn't the right fit and we'll process a full refund.
